Philippines again asked to apologise

Relatives of those who died in the Manila bus hostage crisis three years ago have petitioned the Philippine Consulate in Hong Kong to demand an official apology.
Tse Che-kin -- brother of slain tour guide Masa Tse -- delivered the petition to the Philippine Consulate Friday morning -- exactly three years to the day after the tragedy. But there was no one at the consulate to receive the petition as it is closed on Fridays. Mr Tse said he was disappointed that no action had been taken by the Philippines since the crisis.

The relatives filed writs in the High Court in Hong Kong on Thursday to seek compensation from Manila.
