Data released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics showed that morgage approvals of Australian owner-occupied housing in May have increased by 1.8% than last month and it is less than market expectations.
Data showed morgage approvals of Australia after SA(seasonally adjusted) in May increased by 1.8% monthly, with an expected growth of 2.5%, and a rise of former value by 0.8%.
Australian morgage approvals(owner-occupied housing) after SA in May has got to 49.636 thousands, with a former value of 48.736 thousands, and 44.960 thousands in the corresponding period of last year.
Australian morgage approvals(owner-occupied housing) after SA in May has rised by 2.3% monthly to 15billion AUD.
Australian morgage approvals(investing housing) after SA in May has rised by 1.5% monthly to 8.4billion AUD with a rise of former value by 1.1%. Including loan approval amount of existing house investment rising by 2.1%, and loan approval amount of building house investment rising by 0.6%./Mei Zhu
